These terms govern the provision of filming, editing, event coverage, branded content creation, and related production services executed by RAM Productions, LLC.

2. Provision of Production Services

RAM Productions, LLC agrees to perform production services in a professional and timely manner consistent with industry standards. We will deploy creative and technical workflows aimed at delivering high-quality media assets aligned with your goals. However, the client acknowledges that production projects may involve variables and dependencies on venues, weather, access permissions, and third-party platforms over which RAM Productions, LLC has no direct control.

3. Project Timelines and Deliverables

All project timelines, including onboarding, campaign launches, content delivery, and reporting schedules, will be outlined in customized service agreements or proposals. While RAM Productions, LLC endeavors strictly to meet these deadlines, timelines may be subject to adjustments based on client feedback, delayed approvals, or unexpected technical hurdles within the client's digital infrastructure.

4. Payment Terms

Clients are required to adhere to the payment schedules specified in their individual service contracts. Payments for production retainers, shoot days, editing work, and related fees must be remitted promptly. RAM Productions, LLC reserves the right to pause or suspend ongoing project work if payment obligations are not met within the agreed-upon grace period.

5. Client Responsibilities

For RAM Productions, LLC to effectively execute production projects, the client agrees to provide timely access to locations, representatives, brand assets, and approvals needed for filming and post-production. The client holds RAM Productions, LLC harmless for delays or delivery impacts resulting from delayed access or failure to provide essential materials.

6. Legal Disclaimers and Limitations

RAM Productions, LLC provides services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We expressly disclaim any warranties regarding specific business outcomes, audience size, or guaranteed revenue figures. Under no circumstances shall RAM Productions, LLC be liable for indirect, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from third-party platform outages, distribution issues, or temporary technical limitations outside our direct control.
